Cancellation

Order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced is acceptable. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Noted: Group Buy item, please refer to the relevant policies of the Group Buy policy.

Processing Fees

Any refund is subject to a 4.4% processing fee to cover various merchant fees that we do not get back.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after product delivery. And the return shipping fee should be borne by customers.

The order must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
